1. Our Services

We provide professional mobile car valeting services at an agreed location. Services are subject to availability and may vary depending on vehicle condition, access, weather, and health and safety requirements.

We may refuse, delay, or adjust a service where necessary.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made by phone, email, social media, or through our website.

To help us provide the right service, you must give accurate details when booking, including:

  • Vehicle type and general condition
  • Service location
  • Your contact details

A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. If the vehicle is in a significantly different condition to what was described, or if extra work is requested on the day, pricing may be adjusted.

Payment is due on completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in advance.

We reserve the right to decline future bookings in cases of unpaid balances.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

We may also need to cancel or reschedule due to poor weather, illness, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If that happens, we will give as much notice as possible.

5. Access and Working Conditions

You are responsible for making sure we have:

  • Safe and suitable access to the vehicle
  • A workable environment to carry out the service
  • Any necessary utilities if required, unless agreed otherwise

We may refuse to continue if the location or conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Vehicle Condition

Please let us know about any existing damage before the service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that only become visible once dirt or contamination has been removed.

Taking a few photos of your vehicle before the appointment is always a sensible idea.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care when providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of earnings, loss of business, or minor cosmetic issues caused by normal cleaning processes.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

8. Satisfaction and Complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the issue and aim to resolve it fairly, which may include a return visit or a partial refund where appropriate.

9. Photos and Promotional Use

We may occasionally take photos or videos of vehicles for use on our website or social media. If you do not want your vehicle featured, please let us know before the service.

The content on our website is for general information only and may be updated at any time without notice.
